Eleanor Evrard
Teacher — Yoga Anatomy & Vinyasa
About Eleanor Evrard
Eleanor Evrard brings a modern, evidence-based lens to the ancient science of yoga. With a background in functional biomechanics and movement, she leads the functional anatomy and injury-prevention modules of the 200 HR and 300 HR programs at our Agonda Beach campus. Her teaching bridges traditional yogic movement with contemporary understanding of the body — helping students practice and teach with intelligence, safety, and longevity.
“Understand the body, respect its limits, and the practice becomes sustainable for a lifetime.”
