The 300 hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training at Sarvaguna Yoga is designed for RYT-200 certified teachers ready to reach the master level. Held on Agonda Beach in South Goa, this 28-day RYS-300 intensive dives into advanced asana, therapeutics, Kundalini & Tantra philosophy, energetic anatomy, sequencing art, and the business of yoga — qualifying graduates for RYT-500 status with Yoga Alliance USA.

Advanced teachers from across the world come to Agonda Beach to deepen their craft in a focused, distraction-free setting. The South Goa coastline provides the stillness needed for intensive study, while our master faculty — including PhD-led philosophy and E-RYT 500 alignment specialists — mentor each student individually.

Goa's training season (October–May) gives perfect weather for long days of practice and theory. The campus is fully residential with eco-cottages and three daily Sattvic meals, so you can immerse completely without the logistics of daily travel.
